This penthouse villa is located on Daufuskie’s Avenue of Oaks and, although second row, is situated in a location that provides an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Melrose beach. The villa’s screened-in front porch spans the width of the villa and provides a variety of seating arrangements for relaxation and quality family times. The name of the villa says it all! Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun slowly rises over the ocean…and finish the date with a cocktail while listening to the waves lap the shores.

 

The villa includes a well-appointed and open floor plan with comfortable sofas and a 55” smart TV and cable options. And there's a working gas fireplace for chilly winter nights! The fully equipped kitchen and dining table are ready for family meals. The first master bedroom features a king sized bed with adjoining full bath; and the second master has two queen size beds and its own ensuite bath. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

    Perhaps the best thing about this villa is its location, location, location! You are a two minute walk to the sandy Melrose beach and a 3-4 minute walk to the Bell’s on the Beach Restaurant (just opened!) and the Melrose pool. (Daily fees may apply.) The owners have thoughtfully provided beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and a wagon to enhance your beach experience.


    Behind the villa building are gas grills for your eating-in dinners.


    And...when it’s time to explore the island we’ve got you covered! The owners are providing their 4 seat golf cart to get you anywhere you want to go.
