The space
PEEK A BOO COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
This may be the perfect choice for a family get-away! This second row 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage sleeps up to 16 people, and is great for family gatherings and vacations. This large vacation home is actually two distinct "cottages" with connecting doors. Both sides have open floor plans and there are two kitchens and dining/living areas, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side. The side-by-side design gives you the option of one large living area...but also provides a way to ensure privacy by closing the doors in-between each side. Two screened back porches overlook a private wooded area. It's cozy, relaxing, and fun! Come and enjoy the views and breathe in the Atlantic Ocean atmosphere!
The PEEK A BOO Cottage has all modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV service, high speed internet, washer/dryer, microwave, a grill, and beach chairs.

We wouldn't dream of asking you to leave your canine best friend at home! This is a pet friendly cottage, and well-behaved canine family members are welcome. We do require that they must be adult dogs, house-trained, must stay off of furniture, not be incessant barkers, and must be friendly towards humans and other dogs. Upon departure, the vacation home should look as though no pet had been in it, including removal of pet hair. There is a pet fee of $125 for one dog, and $175 for two dogs.

Well-behaved canine family members are welcome, but must be adult dogs, housetrained, must stay off of furniture, not be incessant barkers, and must be friendly towards humans and other dogs. Upon departure, the vacation home should look as though no pet had been in it, including removal of pet hair. There is a pet fee of $125 for one dog, and $175 for two dogs.
In addition, the property manager must approve all pet requests. Your dog must be over one year old, not be aggressive towards people or other pets, be house trained, will not get up on the furniture, and is ok with being left alone when you are away from the cottage (e.g., no incessant barking or destructive behavior). We also ask that you be a responsible pet owner when the dog is outside, that there will be no signs that your pet was in the property when you depart, and that you will be responsible for any damage and/or extra cleaning caused by your dog.
